Overview

Dretske Law Office, a locally focused and community‑oriented law practice, is seeking an Associate Attorney. The Associate Attorney provides legal counsel and representation to clients in matters such as estate planning, probate, real estate, business transactions, local government law, and litigation. Responsibilities include conducting legal research, drafting legal documents, advising clients, managing cases, appearing in court or administrative proceedings, and supporting business development efforts. Associate Attorney shall be a general practitioner with the opportunity to develop a specialty of their choice.

Qualifications

Required

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree.

• Wisconsin law license (or eligibility for admission).

• Strong legal research, writing, communication, and organizational skills.

• Ability to manage multiple matters and deadlines effectively.

• Familiarity with:

  • Wisconsin CCAP

  • Estate Planning Documents

  • Real estate transactions

  • Local government documentation

  • Municipal Court Procedures

• Experience with legal practice management platforms (e.g., Clio, MyCase, PracticePanther, etc.).​
