Founder, Owner, and Principal Attorney
Luke Dretske is the founder and principal attorney at Dretske Law Office, a law practice dedicated to providing legal services in Wills & Estates, Local Government, Probate, Real Estate, Transactional, Political, business/non-profit compliance, and many other areas of law. With a passion for advocating for clients and a commitment to delivering effective, personalized legal solutions, Attorney Dretske brings a wealth of experience, expertise, and dedication to every case.

Whether representing individuals, families, or businesses, Attorney Dretske combines legal knowledge with practical insights to offer clients sound legal counsel and advocacy. Attorney Dretske works tirelessly to ensure that each client’s rights are protected and their legal needs are met.

When not in the office, Attorney Dretske serves the local community in many different capacities, previously on the Berlin City Council and the Green Lake County Board. Currently, Attorney Dretske serves on the Ripon Plan Commission, the Little White Schoolhouse Legacy Campaign Committee, and the Badger Boys State Alumni Association Board of Directors.

After working at the Wisconsin State Legislature Luke began his legal education at the University of Wisconsin Law School. In Law School, Luke was a teaching assistant and was a member of the Federalist Society.
2017-2020
Ripon College
After high school, Luke attended Ripon College, receiving an Atrium Baccalaureus in Finance, Politics and Government with a minor in Law and Society. At Ripon College Luke met his lifelong partner, Rachel, who now works at the Ripon Middle School as a Social Studies teacher.

Luke grew up in Berlin, Wisconsin, and graduated in 2017 as a member of the Honor Society.
